Jalan Pagi

[6apr10; 16jan14K vbm] “Jalan pagi” means walking in morning about 2-3 hours that it starts when the sun rises. I’ve done this activity since 2002 in Penang. There are many things that I can get from this activity other than healthiness such as learning the nature and the local culture. In addition, and this is also important, walking is one of way of simple exercise for keeping fit & healthy.

According to mr.duncan, taking a brisk thirty minute walk at least once a day is a great way to stay in shape. Furthermore, he said When we talk about our health we are actually describing 2 things. First we refer to our health & the second we refer to our mental health. It would be fair to say that there is a connection between physical & mental health & that they both have the ability to affect each other

What is the sign if we are unhealthy? Among others, If you feel tired after any sudden activity such as getting up from the sofa & walking a short distance or feeling out of breath after climbing a few stairs,it is the sign that your health is poor
